Cheryl 豹 is a shareholder at LBMC, PC and co-leader of LBMC’s practice area for expert financial services to family law and estate attorneys and their clients. Prior to this she was the Founder of 豹 Financial Planning, 有限责任公司(PFP), a registered investment adviser (Tennessee) and 豹 Financial Divorce Solutions, 有限责任公司, 会计师事务所(田纳西州).

She began PFP in 2008 to address the need for creativity, 实用性, and unparalleled client service for financial planning clients. After working with a number of clients following their divorce who had encountered unexpected and unpleasant financial consequences for which they were not prepared, Cheryl wanted to find ways to help clients and their attorneys understand tax and financial considerations before committing to a divorce settlement.

She provides creative analytical skills to the often complex and confusing financial and taxation issues in divorce cases and settlements, providing a variety of specialized divorce financial services to clients and their attorneys as an expert financial professional or neutral professional.

Cheryl has been a CPA for more than 30 years and earned the prestigious Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of CPAs. She holds membership in the following professional organizations:

Cheryl often teaches and presents to other professionals on the tax and financial aspects of divorce. She also teaches alternative dispute resolution processes locally, 在全国范围内, and inter在全国范围内 to other professionals through the Institute for Family Conflict Resolution 也是IACP的前任教员.

She served on the board of directors for CDN from 2014 – 2020 and is a past president. Cheryl began service on the board of directors for IACP in 2020 for which she currently serves as Treasurer and chairs the Membership Committee She also served on the board of directors for ADFP from 2022 – 2024 after having been a member of its Strategic Vision Committee for several years.
